All lowercase, same with the password but the password has numbers. I have ensured they are attempting to connect to 2.4 I have reset all network data on my phone and reconnected to my 2.4 wifi with the updated info. I have manually entered the info when it asks for it on the wyze app, and I have selected it from the drop down list as well.Ensure that Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro has a good signal strength. You can check this in the Wyze app by going to the floodlight’s settings > Device Info > Signal Strength. If it has less than 2 bars, try moving the router closer to the floodlight. Reboot the router. Power cycle Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro. Switch the breaker to the off position.
