2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 ClassicNot starting or even trying to turn over. I hear one very subtle click noise when I try to start but nothing else.I noticed that my handlebars needed to be tightened down and I decided to remove the headlight to get it out of my way when tightening handlebars and let it hang off to the side.Noisy lifters - HELP! My 2009 Voyager with 10,000 miles had been running fine until one morning when I started it to go for a ride. There was a LOUD clicking coming from the top end of the front cylinder. If you pump up the clutch you can get it to work but then It goes away again after not using it. I blead the clutch and removed a good amount of air from the line ...1. Had the same problem with my 1999, Vulcan 1500 Classic. Removed the charcoal filter, valve and vacuum line. Had alread installed the fresh air block off plates to prevent backfiring.
